JP Lambiase is a storyteller, stand-up comedian, and creator whose career has been defined by curiosity, reinvention, and a willingness to start over when life doesn’t go according to plan.
Adopted from South Korea as an infant and raised in Rochester, New York by an Italian family, JP grew up navigating different identities early on. His parents divorced when he was three, and growing up between two households shaped the way he observes people, relationships, and human behavior — a perspective that later became the foundation of both his comedy and storytelling.
Originally trained as a mechanical engineer, JP followed the traditional path until curiosity pulled him somewhere else. Alongside his fiancée at the time, he helped build one of the largest food channels on YouTube, growing it to more than three million subscribers and reaching millions of viewers around the world. Through that work, he helped showcase food culture, storytelling, and community in a way that connected deeply with audiences.
After the end of that relationship and the loss of the business they built together, JP found himself starting over in a way few people plan for. Instead of returning to the safe path, he chose a different one — living on the road, performing stand-up comedy, and rebuilding his creative life from the ground up.
Today, JP’s work lives at the intersection of storytelling, comedy, and culture. He shares honest perspectives about risk, reinvention, and what it means to rebuild a life when everything changes. His experiences — from engineering to YouTube success, from losing it all to starting again — have shaped a voice that resonates with creators, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating the uncertain middle of their own story.
Based in Orlando, JP is deeply involved in the city’s creative community, working with local venues, artists, musicians, and businesses to help amplify the culture being built there. Through content, live performance, and public speaking, he aims to spotlight the people and communities quietly creating something meaningful.
